A valid driving licence and Aadhaar card are required. For low-speed models (25 km/h) only Aadhaar and a college or employer ID are needed.
Yes. A refundable security deposit between ₹1,500 and ₹3,000 (depending on the model) is collected at pickup and returned within 48 hours of drop-off after inspection.
Every rental includes a portable charger that works with any regular 15A home socket. Monthly riders also get access to our battery swap points.
Depending on the model, between 70 km and 140 km in real-world city riding. Speed, load and tyre pressure affect range.
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash at the hub. GST invoices are issued for every rental.
