We keep cancellations simple.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup: 100% refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: 80% refund.
- No-show: advance amount is non-refundable.
- Early return on monthly plans: unused full weeks are refunded after deducting a 10% fee.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
